Senior Land Specialist
After graduation, Bart attended The Citadel in Charleston, SC from 2004 to 2008 graduating with a B.A. in Business Administration. Coastal South Carolina became his home until 2012 where Bart led offshore fishing charters as a First Mate aboard several sport fishing vessels. During the off season, Bart was able to continue to enjoy his passions of turkey, deer, and waterfowl hunting along the coast.
In 2012, Bart returned to the Upstate as the General Manager of Carolina Farm and Wildlife Supply in Pauline, South Carolina. In this role, Bart’s knowledge and application of land management practices has grown immensely. Bart is now a “go-to” for many landowners for land management information. His knowledge of planting and fertilizer application, herbicide/pesticide application, and general land management techniques is second to none. Armed with this wealth of knowledge, Bart is able to assist sellers by offering advice on how to improve property values pre-sale and can assist potential buyers with information on how to improve a property once acquired.
As a Senior Land Specialist with Gault Land Company, Bart strives daily to provide clients with the best possible representation. Whether it be a buyer or seller of land, Bart has the knowledge and experience to represent his clients with the highest degree of customer service and professionalism. If you are interested in buying or selling land in South Carolina, please give Bart a call today to discuss how he can help you make your dreams possible.
