Senior Land Specialist
Mike Gault joined Gault Land Company with 14 years in the land business and 25 years in the Law Enforcement Division of the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources. Mike worked throughout the Upstate, enforcing the state’s hunting and fishery regulations and helping to educate the public on safety and environmental issues. As an agent with Gault Land Company, Mike combines his intimate knowledge of the Upstate’s terrain with his passion as a life-long outdoorsman to analyze the requirements of prospective buyers in order to provide them with the best properties for their needs. Landowners rely on Mike to accurately evaluate a property’s functionality, which helps to determine the best marketing techniques for the right sale.
Mike lives in Union, SC, and has been married to his wife Pam for 35 years. They have two sons. Mike enjoys turkey hunting and fishing, but his real passion is mission-related activities. Over the past 14 years, he has lead short-term mission trips to Venezuela, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Haiti, in addition to three previous trips to a Chippewa Creek Indian reservation in Big Sandy, Montana.
