Steve joins Gault Land Company with over 12 years experience in land sales in upstate South Carolina. Relying on his 31 years in law enforcement with the S.C. Dept. of Natural Resources, he has a vast knowledge of area properties and landowners. Steve grew up in Union county but now lives in Newberry county with his wife Kathy. They have 3 grown children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. A lifelong love of the outdoors, hunting and fishing has proven to be a great asset when relating to clients interested in land sales in the area. Steve’s passion is helping people realize their goals whether it’s the sale or purchase of a unique piece of land in the upstate.
